Though I'm Bearish, Here's a Bullish Case

While I still remain in the bear camp, this technical piece from UBS came through my inbox today and thought it was worth sharing with you all.  The implication of the paper is certainly bullish and worth serious consideration.  To be sure, I'm looking at this research very closely in evaluating my near term outlook.
